Upon arrival of your order from Florida Cowgirls, please inspect the contents. Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of shipping date. Please contact me for approval before returning the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for any re-shipping charges in the case of return/exchange unless this was due to an error on my part.

All items are shipped via USPS mail. At the current time we only are set up to ship within the USA. All orders are shipped in the order they are received. Most orders are shipped out on the following business day they are received.
